Shiny Star Canada is a name many people recognize through popular brands like Mogu Mogu. As their drinks and snacks became favorites across the country, they hit a common "growth problem": they were simply outgrowing their space. To keep up with the demand from supermarkets and departmental stores, they needed a home base for speed & efficiency.
That’s where Capilano Group stepped in. Our goal wasn't just to build a big box, but to create a facility that made their daily operations easier.
We designed and built a specialized 18,000-square-foot facility in Markham, Ontario.
We built high-ceiling warehouse space and dedicated refrigeration areas to keep their food and beverage products at the perfect temperature and also included a dedicated 750-square-foot shipping office.
By moving into this new facility, the Shiny Star team finally has the room they need to breathe and grow. Trucks can load and unload faster and most importantly, they can get their products to their customers without any delays.
